One of the first Spectres ever produced by the Dominion, Tosh was crafted with the most unstable, untested terranize serums. As the leader of Project Shadow Blade, he eventually found motives to become opposed to his employees, turning the Spectre class into a subversive rebel group. An outcast even from mercenaries, Tosh roams the galaxy with his pirate gang and rock band “Tosh and the Screamers” to slake their thirst for terrazine.

Bounty hunter.png
Bounty Hunter (passive): All allies gain a bonus +3 minerals for every unit they kill. Does not grant a bonus when killing Light Units or Hallucinations.




Concussion.png
Concussion: Tosh fires a concussive shell at the target's head, dazing the target. On impact and every 2 seconds, the target will take 70 (+3% AGI) damage and become stunned for 0.6 seconds.


Level 1: Target is dazed for 2 seconds. -110 energy. 15 second cooldown.

Level 2: Target is dazed for 4 seconds. -130 energy. 15 second cooldown.

Level 3: Target is dazed for 6 seconds. -150 energy. 15 second cooldown.

Level 4: Target is dazed for 6 seconds. -160 energy. 12 second cooldown.

Rise of Da Spectre (passive): With each kill, Tosh inspires bloodlust in his Spectre brethren, causing them to come out of hiding and enter the battlefield. Each Spectre has a lifespan of 120 seconds and comes equipped with a concussive round that can stun enemy units in an area for 0.4 seconds. Spectres have 25% spell resistance.


Level 1: Spectres deal 10 weapon damage and have 80 health. Maximum of 3 Spectres.

Level 2: Spectres deal 20 weapon damage and have 110 health. Maximum of 4 Spectres.

Level 3: Spectres deal 30 weapon damage and have 140 health. Maximum of 5 Spectres.

Level 4: Spectres deal 40 weapon damage and have 170 health. Maximum of 6 Spectres.

Terrazine Radiation: Tosh throws a cask of terrazine-infused particles that irradiate the area, dealing damage every second based on unit health


Level 1: Drains 4% of health per second. -95 energy. 21 second cooldown.

Level 2: Drains 5% of health per second. -110 energy. 21 second cooldown.

Level 3: Drains 6% of health per second. -125 energy. 21 second cooldown.

Level 4: Drains 7% of health per second -140 energy. 21 second cooldown.

Mad Craving: Tosh's craving for terrazine is unravelled to affect those around him. For 7 seconds, allies near Tosh gain a boost to weapon damage and +10% (+1% / 200 AGI) to movement speed.


Level 1: 20% (+1% / 100 INT) bonus damage to nearby allies. -100 energy. 60 second cooldown.

Level 2: 30% (+1% / 100 INT) bonus damage to nearby allies. -150 energy. 50 second cooldown.

Level 3: 40% (+1% / 100 INT) bonus damage to nearby allies. -200 energy. 40 second cooldown.
